Provides in-store and phone sales support for DIY automotive customers, delivers customer services such as battery testing and installation, meets sales goals, maintains inventory and store standards, stocks merchandise, and delivers parts as needed. Requires automotive parts knowledge, inventory and POS system skills, basic driving ability, customer communication, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Provides sales and customer service to DIY automotive customers, including product sourcing, parts lookup, battery testing and installation, wiper installation, and sales goal achievement. Maintains inventory, stocks merchandise, performs store cleanliness tasks, processes deliveries, and supports operational standards. Requires automotive and parts knowledge, basic driving ability, inventory system proficiency, effective communication, flexible scheduling, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Supports commercial sales and delivery coordination, including dispatching, customer deliveries, account stocking visits, outbound customer follow-up, fleet maintenance, inventory organization, and parts sales. Maintains vehicle readiness and safety, assists with upselling and product knowledge, supports commercial program leadership, and helps onboard team members. The role requires automotive systems knowledge, basic inventory and dispatching skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and physical ability to handle heavy parts.
