Design, implement, and optimize high-performance backend services and APIs in Go. Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems using Kafka for large-scale data processing and streaming. Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams; monitor and profile systems for performance and reliability; drive engineering best practices; and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and execute end-to-end infrastructure strategy and operations across all products and the SSP. Own reliability, cost optimization, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), tooling, logging/observability, and network/system security (Zero Trust, OPA, SOC 2). Be a hands-on leader—coach and grow the team, respond to high-severity incidents, implement scalable Kubernetes/Docker deployments, and drive deployment automation and cost/capacity planning.

Lead growth with app-first publishers by building relationships, closing strategic multi-stakeholder deals, and owning a $10K+ MRR pipeline. Align monetization infrastructure with product and revenue goals, provide product feedback, shape app-specific platform features, and represent Aditude at industry events.
