Grows assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue, margins, order sizes, and transactions. Identifies new customers and competitive-conversion opportunities through outbound calling and ongoing account communication. Builds customer relationships, maintains CRM records, educates customers on products and industry developments, explains product benefits, and promotes ADI services and programs. Provides an exceptional shopping experience across in-store, phone, and online channels while meeting sales targets.

Provides technical support to Control4 customers and integrators, including installation guidance, configuration, troubleshooting, returns, and Tier-1 support across smart-home, AV, networking, surveillance, and automation technologies. Creates technical documentation, participates in product beta testing, and contributes to team training. The role requires at least two years of Control4 installation or programming experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, customer-focused communication, and broad knowledge of connected technology systems.
