Own content marketing for Adapty’s AI-powered Flow and Paywall Builder. Create data-led research, lead magnets, webinars, case studies, LinkedIn campaigns, and customer-focused content. Track content-generated leads from target accounts, report performance weekly, and eventually own the Builder’s content plan. The role requires independent writing, analytics, campaign packaging, customer interviewing, AI-assisted workflows, and strong technical English.

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, marketing, and sales roles. Responsibilities include intake meetings, direct sourcing, pipeline development, structured interviews, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, offer closing, ATS management, recruiting analytics, and process improvement. The role focuses on hiring senior talent quickly while maintaining high hiring standards and includes collaboration with hiring managers and founders.
