Build and scale AcuityMD’s Value Consulting function by developing ROI and TCO methodologies, business-case templates, benchmarks, tools, and enablement programs. Support strategic deals, renewals, and executive business reviews with data-backed value cases. Drive GTM and Revenue Operations strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and train sales and customer success teams to conduct credible value conversations with enterprise buyers.

Leads strategic AI engagements with major medtech customers from discovery and executive workshops through solution delivery, validation, and account-team handoff. Defines high-value workflows, business cases, ROI metrics, solution architectures, and multi-workstream delivery plans. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Program Management to deliver scalable AI solutions and measurable outcomes. Shapes AI-in-medtech thought leadership and mentors Medtech Architects.
