Teams at Acuity Insurance

Designs, deploys, integrates, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots storage and IT infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, object storage, VMware, networking, backups, and disaster recovery systems. Implements automation, security controls, patches, and system upgrades while maintaining documentation and compliance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, participates in incident response and recovery planning, supports system rollouts, and mentors junior engineers. Requires occasional after-hours work and on-call availability for critical incidents.

Manage and execute Acuity's Voice of Customer programs: build and field Qualtrics surveys, maintain feedback workflows and platforms, collect and organize customer/agent feedback, update VOC dashboards/reports, and prepare summaries for stakeholders while supporting program administration.

Lead the vision and roadmap for Acuity's multi-org CRM platform, translate business priorities into scalable solutions, drive integrations, data governance, analytics enablement, stakeholder alignment, and manage the product backlog to increase adoption and measurable value.
