Prospect, set appointments, maintain CRM records, close sales, upsell services, coach/train Senior Product Advisors, and report to the Payroll Division Manager while meeting production targets.

Review and clear title for complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide. Analyze title reports, prepare commitments and endorsements, coordinate clearance with stakeholders, evaluate underwriting risk, manage multiple transactions, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and provide client-focused communication and project support.
