The role presents territory insights to client and internal leadership, ensures merchandising and product-demo compliance, and travels 50–75% across multiple states, including weekend retail visits.

Lead a regional door-to-door Starlink sales program across college campuses. Set sales and productivity targets, coach representatives in the field, manage performance and accountability, forecast results, coordinate recruiting and training, address staffing gaps, and ensure consistent messaging, customer experience, and field safety. Regular regional travel and evening or weekend selling periods are required.
