The Senior Backend Engineer will lead AI-focused projects, optimize data pipelines, mentor juniors, and enhance customer support through innovative technologies.

Manage day-to-day operations and account management for Earn (marketplace) partners. Launch and update partners by coordinating cross-functional teams (Creative, Legal, Compliance). Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot issues, identify growth opportunities, and maintain partner documentation, timelines, and processes to keep launches organized and on track.

Own execution and optimization of lifecycle acquisition and reacquisition programs across email, push, in-app, and SMS. Build personalized campaigns and automated journeys in Braze, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze performance, handle QA and governance, and collaborate with Creative, Data, and Product teams. Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development.
