Lead and improve day-to-day business operations, office and lab facilities, material logistics, project budget tracking and vendor POs, BD and sales operations, recruiting/onboarding, event and travel logistics, and identify AI tools to boost operational efficiency.

Lead mechanical design and analysis for electromechanical and robotic products, mentor junior engineers, manage interdisciplinary projects, define hardware architecture and requirements, produce detailed designs and ASME Y14.5 documentation, interface with vendors, test prototypes, and support production transitions.

Design and develop electromechanical products from concept to production using CAD and engineering analysis. Create production documentation, perform mechanical analyses (tolerance, FEA/CFD, strength, heat transfer, vibration), test prototypes, interface with vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and project objectives.
