Lead design and rollout of a unified operating system across 32+ branches: analyze branch performance, standardize best practices, define manager rhythms and KPIs, build training/coaching, drive change management, and support acquisition onboarding to deliver measurable operational and EBITDA improvements.

The IT Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations, including managing MSP, network and cloud infrastructure, identity management, systems administration, and user support, while ensuring security and optimal performance across all platforms.
