Architects and ships production agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, evaluation infrastructure, and observability. Establishes reusable technical standards, makes architecture and build-versus-buy decisions, mentors engineers, and communicates technical choices to executives and clients. The role requires hands-on Python and TypeScript/React development, rapid delivery of ambiguous client solutions, and frequent use of AI coding tools. Client-site travel is required as needed.

Build and deploy production multi-agent AI systems and RAG pipelines for client engagements. Develop agent logic, prompts, tools, evaluation frameworks, and observability systems. Translate client requirements into technical tasks, ship rapidly, and collaborate with AI, data, and product teams. Senior engineers independently own AI workstreams end to end and present architecture decisions to stakeholders.

Provides specialized helpdesk support for enterprise AI tools, troubleshooting access, performance, integrations, and outages. Maintains issue documentation, monitors system readiness, validates configurations, supports AI training and tool rollouts, captures user feedback, and contributes to adoption reporting. The role also helps maintain AI governance, security, data management, and support procedures while recommending improvements to user experience and system effectiveness.
