Maintains AWS infrastructure supporting PLM applications for DoD customers. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, Ansible automation, database administration, application installation and patching, security updates, performance tuning, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and infrastructure scaling. Requires AWS and Security+ certifications, enterprise cloud experience, Linux and Windows administration, database expertise, an active or obtainable U.S. national security clearance, and potential travel to customer sites.

Designs and executes software validation and automated testing for integrated enterprise systems, including PLM and ERP platforms. Develops test cases and scripts, performs functional and regression testing, tracks defects, analyzes results, and maintains requirements-to-test traceability. Produces Objective Quality Evidence for DoD certification and accreditation, collaborates with technical and business teams, and improves testing processes. The role is remote and may require up to 5% travel.

Administer and maintain Windchill and ThingWorx Navigate infrastructure across AWS GovCloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include installations, upgrades, patching, rehosting, security remediation, performance optimization, environment image development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and system maintenance. The role supports Windchill application development and sustainment for U.S. Navy programs while collaborating with cross-functional, PTC, and AWS teams.
