Design, implement, and support Azure Virtual Desktop/VDI solutions across large-scale environments. Architect core Azure and AVD resources, optimize performance and security, automate deployments, troubleshoot cloud and Windows OS issues, document configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission operations.

Operate and monitor Microsoft Defender services (EDR/NGAV/WDAC), integrate with Sentinel and SIEM, maintain DLP via Intune/Purview, ensure cross-platform endpoint protection, generate reports, follow prescribed procedures, and escalate issues to engineering for a DoD customer.
