Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and Technology for Acadian’s Global Client Group. Defines requirements, analyzes processes and data, designs and tests solutions, coordinates user acceptance testing, supports production issues, documents workflows, and contributes to technology roadmaps. The role supports client reporting, CRM and marketing technology, business intelligence, master data, AI initiatives, and enterprise data platforms while improving efficiency, data quality, controls, and user experience.

Leads enterprise AI architecture and delivers production-grade AI platforms and solutions. Designs agentic systems, RAG applications, LLM integrations, evaluations, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Partners with investment, engineering, risk, security, compliance, and business teams to build scalable, governed AI capabilities. Establishes technical standards, embeds controls for regulated environments, drives adoption, and mentors teams through technical influence.

Partners with Performance Attribution, Investment Operations, technology teams, and vendors to analyze investment workflows, resolve data and systems issues, and deliver scalable technology solutions. Leads business analysis through the software delivery lifecycle, improves operational efficiency and resiliency, shapes performance and attribution capabilities, and mentors teammates. Requires deep investment management expertise, particularly in performance attribution, securities operations, portfolio accounting, or related disciplines.

Own and evolve an internal portfolio management and decomposition platform. Build full-stack applications and backend systems for high-performance data processing, attribution, and reporting. Collaborate with PMs, quants, and engineers to deliver scalable, cloud-ready tools that support real-time investment decision-making and improve the investment process.

The Investment AI Engineer will design, build, and operate AI workflows for investment processes, collaborating with researchers and portfolio managers to improve automation and efficiency.

The Principal Quant Engineer will design and implement a quantitative platform for investment research and production systems, collaborating with various teams to enhance architecture, technology, and operational productivity in quantitative finance.

Lead and build Acadian's tax function; advise on corporate, partnership, fund, executive, and cross-border tax matters; oversee tax compliance, accounting, transfer pricing, and regulatory reporting; partner with business leaders on product and fund structuring; manage external advisors and develop scalable processes and controls.

The role involves overseeing client portfolios, enhancing investment processes, leading client meetings, and participating in policy discussions, requiring extensive experience in finance and quantitative investing.
