Partner with faculty/SMEs to design and build asynchronous online courses for adult learners: align objectives, activities, and assessments; create engaging media and learning experiences; manage course development projects in Monday.com; build and maintain courses in Canvas and syllabi in Concourse; recommend course improvements and support delivery using instructional design best practices.

Drive business development and partnerships across Texas by building relationships with businesses and technology organizations, meeting enrollment goals, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts (MOUs/SOWs), and collaborating internally to expand ACU programs. Use outreach, networking, and product expertise to generate and grow revenue.

Manage course planning, faculty forecasting, student scheduling, registration, and academic records for assigned graduate programs. Process academic exceptions, appeals, withdrawals, and end-of-session academic standing actions. Serve as liaison between departments, support program implementation and launches, and coordinate enrollment and operational workflows using institutional systems.
