Act as floor supervisor to ensure high-quality customer experience, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, run opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omnichannel orders, build visual displays, analyze reports, control inventory, protect store assets, and drive daily sales performance.

Engage customers with warm, attentive service; provide styling guidance and product support; maintain sales floor presentation and replenish merchandise; process purchases, returns, and exchanges; support omni-channel tasks including in-store pickup and ship-from-store order fulfillment.
