The Engineering Manager will lead the Platform Engineering team, focusing on data infrastructure, APIs, and integrations while fostering team growth and collaboration.

Lead execution and improvement of the Quality Management System: manage CAPAs, nonconformances, investigations, document control, audits, training, and process change. Strengthen closure discipline, traceability, and cross-functional follow-through; develop reports, templates, and controls to reduce repeat issues and improve audit readiness.

Provide HR generalist support including HRIS management (new hires, terminations, reporting), employee records, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, recruitment support, and ad hoc HR projects.
