Lead pre-sales technical discovery and architect solutions for Spacetime. Deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, proposals, and technical validation. Advise customers, support pilots, create reference architectures, and feedback to product teams to drive adoption.

The Lead RTL/FPGA Design Engineer will develop and manage high-performance coherent modems for free space optical communications, translating DSP algorithms into synthesizable RTL, ensuring compliance, and supporting integration and testing.

Lead end-to-end execution of the Spacetime engineering program: translate customer requirements into engineering plans, run cross-functional rhythms, interface with executives, manage T&M contract financials and reporting, identify and mitigate schedule/scope risks, and coordinate deliveries across development, staging, and production environments.
