Lead commercial and industrial solar projects from post-contract through utility PTO, managing scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal teams. Oversee and mentor other Project Managers, promote consistent execution and reporting, identify project risks and delays, balance workloads, and serve as an escalation point for timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction issues. Travel to local job sites up to 20%.

Leads solar project execution from preconstruction through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, permitting, compliance, documentation, commissioning, and client handoff. Coordinates engineering, procurement, field crews, contractors, utilities, and public agencies; conducts site visits and project meetings; supports estimating, subcontractor prequalification, bidding, accounts payable and receivable accuracy, and milestone tracking. Frequent travel to active job sites is required.
