Provides on-site deskside support for end-user computers, mobile devices, phones, video conferencing systems, printers, scanners, and meeting rooms. Handles incidents and service requests, performs device health checks, troubleshoots hardware and software, manages Windows devices through Active Directory and GPOs, and supports mobile device management, encryption, antivirus, and ticketing systems. Requires strong problem-solving, prioritization, SLA management, communication, and customer service skills.
