Advises enterprise CISOs and SOC leaders on security transformation, operating models, architecture, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Leads strategic pre-sales engagements, executive workshops, solution scoping, and post-sales journey assurance across MDR, SOC transformation, automated SOC, and SIEM/SOAR displacement motions. Develops reusable playbooks and transformation frameworks, mentors solution engineers, identifies expansion opportunities, and translates customer needs into product, engineering, services, and roadmap input.

Build and manage onboarding for Account Executives and Sales Engineers, translating internal expertise into curricula, learning paths, and certifications. Track ramp metrics through Salesforce, use Gong and Salesforce to identify coaching gaps, maintain enablement content, and support launch readiness and ongoing sales enablement. The role requires building programs from scratch, measuring behavioral impact, and iterating quickly in a fast-growing AI security company.

Leads the East Coast Sales Engineering function, owning technical win strategy, discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and customer-facing security architecture. Builds repeatable sales methodologies, demo environments, and pilot frameworks; recruits and develops Sales Engineers; represents the company at industry events; and relays customer insights to Product and Engineering. Partners with Account Executives and Sales leadership to influence CISOs, security architects, and SOC leaders.
