Senior Business Analyst responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, managing backlogs, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. The role bridges business stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams; supports UAT planning and execution; conducts gap analyses and workflow mapping; and produces BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case documentation. Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, regulated software, APIs, and multi-vendor delivery is advantageous.

Leads client-facing product strategy and execution for complex digital products. Defines product vision, goals, customer segments, roadmaps, release priorities, and KPIs; guides globally distributed teams; partners with engineering, program management, and client services; supports presales and consulting engagements; facilitates user research and workshops; and drives customer and business value through Agile and Lean practices.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, coach teams on Agile principles, promote continuous improvement, manage conflicts, track KPIs, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. The role supports collaborative delivery of high-quality products on schedule and requires strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
