Senior backend engineer responsible for system design, development, testing, and operational support of scalable, Kafka-driven post-trade applications. Must have deep Core Java (multithreading, concurrency, data structures), Spring Boot expertise, experience with event streaming, relational databases, distributed caching, DevOps toolsets, and Kubernetes. Capital markets/post-trade domain knowledge required.

Lead support for a client in the PST timezone, providing solutions, communication, organization, client management, and time management. The role includes participation in key workshops and testing activities, with occasional travel to Seattle. The position is remote and runs from mid-October 2026 through August 2027.

Leads the architecture, configuration, integration strategy, and end-to-end delivery of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions. Designs scalable solutions across HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Workforce Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding; translates business requirements into technical architectures; leads discovery and blueprinting; oversees solution integrity, stakeholder alignment, deployment, optimization, and adoption.
