Supports the PMO by monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, work hours, expenditures, risks, and deadlines. Coordinates stakeholder meetings, prepares presentations, records and distributes minutes, tracks actions and decisions, maintains project documentation and calendars, and assists with resource management, project changes, planning, and administrative tasks across IT, cloud, managed services, NOC, and cybersecurity projects.

Monitors, triages, investigates, documents, and responds to security alerts and incidents using SOC procedures and playbooks. Handles routine and low-to-moderate severity alerts, identifies indicators of compromise and recurring anomalies, escalates higher-risk incidents, communicates findings to internal teams and customers, supports security tools, and improves SOC documentation. This is a night-shift role from 8pm–7am EST.

Drive net-new customer acquisition and grow large accounts by owning full sales cycle for complex infrastructure and managed services. Prospect, manage pipeline, lead executive and technical conversations, negotiate and close multi-million-dollar deals, and collaborate with internal teams while tracking activity in CRM.
