Workhuman has recently announced the grand opening of its new North American headquarters in Framingham. The HR tech company develops solutions to help businesses recognize and engage employees while fueling performance, work-life balance and inclusion.
The new 157,000-square-foot facility is located in a revitalized building at 100 Staples Drive and emphasizes well-being, collaboration and innovation throughout its design. The office features dedicated spaces for personal rejuvenation and mindfulness. It also includes over 500 biophilic elements and a preserved oak tree at the center of the office that displays employee recognition messages.
Additionally, the space is equipped with training rooms and flexible workspaces intended to support various working styles and enhance creativity. The office also showcases a commitment to inclusivity and environmental responsibility, featuring all-gender restrooms, accessible doors and extensive use of recycled materials.
