TravelPerk, a business travel management platform with offices in Chicago and Boston, secured a $200 million Series E funding round at a $2.7 billion valuation. Alongside the capital raise, the company announced its acquisition of Yokoy, a Swiss company specializing in expense management.

The announcements follow a period of significant achievements for TravelPerk, including completing an earlier acquisition and growing its revenue by 60 percent in 2024. Its Series E, led by Atomico and EQT, will enable TravelPerk to further its growth momentum. The company will invest in growing its U.S. market presence and advancing its product, technology and AI.

Acquiring Yokoy expands TravelPerk’s services into the expense management space, as the company offers AI-powered expense, invoice and card payment processing solutions. The merger allows TravedPerk to provide an integrated travel and expense platform that is localized and flexible for users.
