Snyk, a Boston-based cybersecurity company, announced the launch of its Snyk AI Trust Platform, an agentic solution designed to secure and govern AI software development. The goal of this technology is to help organizations fuel AI innovation while mitigating risks to their businesses.
The launch includes two environments that support the platform: Snyk Labs, a research and experimentation hub for AI security, and Snyk Studio, a place for Snyk’s experts to collaborate with technology partners on AI-native apps. With its newest offering, Snyk is working to address challenges such as insecure AI-generated code and cyber attacks deployed by AI bots.
Snyk considers AI trust to encompass companies’ ability to develop software quickly and securely within a fully AI-enabled, agentic environment that reduces human effort while improving security policy and governance efficiency. Alongside Snyk Labs and Snyk Studio, the company’s AI Trust technology features an AI-powered chat experience, AI security agents, an AI governance solution and an AI readiness framework.
