SharkNinja, a product design and technology company specializing in consumer products, is hiring talent to form a new corporate team. Unit 26 will consist of builders focused on high-impact work. The eight individuals hired will solve problems that don’t have obvious owners or existing solutions.

The company aims to provide consumers with 25 new products each year. Unit 26’s name alludes to the 26th product being the company itself. SharkNinja’s products, spanning vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances, beauty solutions, outdoor supplies and more, reach tens of millions of homes worldwide.

“What you build will flex with the problem. It might be an app, an algorithm, an AI agent that eliminates thousands of hours of manual work or a system that doesn’t yet exist at SharkNinja — or anywhere else,” the company wrote in a job listing for Unit 26. “We’re looking for deeply technical software and systems architects with fierce commercial acumen and founder-level urgency.”
