Consumer Tech Company SharkNinja Appoints Chief Growth Officer

SharkNinja, a product design and technology company headquartered near Boston, announced its newest executive appointment. Michelle Crossan-Matos joins the company as chief growth officer, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in consumer sectors.

Crossan-Matos most recently served as chief marketing officer at Ulta Beauty where she led a portfolio of brands and spearheaded the company’s retail media network. In her new capacity as CGO, Crossan-Mato will oversee SharkNinja’s global call centers and consumer experience organization. She will work to improve customer success by leading the planning and execution of the company’s cross-functional global growth strategy.

SharkNinja brings various lifestyle products to market, distributing them to consumers through online and in-person retailers worldwide. The company’s brands Shark and Ninja launch products across categories such as cleaning, cooking, food preparation, home environment and beauty.
