Marketing Platform Klaviyo Hires Chief Information Officer

Archana Rao brings more than two decades of experience scaling high-growth tech companies to the role.

Klaviyo, a Boston-based company helping consumer brands fuel growth, announced the appointment of its new chief information officer. Archana Rao joins the team with more than two decades of experience scaling high-growth tech organizations.

Rao has served as a CIO three times, most recently at Unity Technologies where she spearheaded the company’s global IT strategy. In her new role, Rao will help Klaviyo leverage AI to drive faster and more intelligent decisions, both for its internal systems and its customer-facing products.

Klaviyo operates a customer relationship management platform for business-to-consumer brands. It leverages built-in data and AI to consolidate marketing automation, analytics and customer service into a unified solution. The company serves more than 160,000 brands, helping them improve efficiency and drive revenue through personalized customer experiences.
