HUBweek gives visitors a glimpse into the future of tech and innovation in Boston. The weeklong event celebrates startups and innovators tackling big problems in health, food, climate change, the environment and more.

Events and speaker series will take place all around Boston — from the Seaport to Harvard Square — so techies, entrepreneurs and anyone else interested in the innovation space can pick and choose which of the 100-plus events interest them most.

Registration

Most HUBweek events are free and only require an RSVP, while others have a ticket cost from $10 to $50. Visitors can browse the events here and register via Eventbrite.

Diehard HUBweekers can purchase a concierge pass here for $150, which gives them first dibs on registration to all new HubWeek events and surprise VIP experiences throughout the week.

Where it’ll be

Events will take place all over Boston — in Dorchester, Allston, the Seaport, Roxbury, the West End and Cambridge. Many events will be hosted by Harvard University and held in Harvard Square, while notable events hosted by MIT will generally be based in Kendall Square.

Participating on social media

Participants can get involved in the event hype by participating on social media. The official hashtag is #Hubweek, so be sure to follow and share using that hashtag. There’s also a HUBweek app where you’ll get direct access to features like the official schedule, real-time alerts and updates, bios of speakers and the ability to chat directly with other attendees.

Our event picks

We’re really looking forward to Sunday’s "De-Stress Boston" and Tuesday’s roundtable, “Driving Startup Growth: Building an Innovation Ecosystem.” Wednesday’s “Beantown Throwdown” will give student teams representing more than 10 different local colleges and universities the chance to pitch their startups to the audience for benefits and bragging rights, and Thursday’s “Celebrate Boston” event (hosted by WeWork) will be an awesome networking opportunity.
