Forward Financing, a Boston-based fintech company, announced the appointment of its new chief marketing and customer officer. Andrea Fiederer joins the company with over two decades of experience in marketing, branding, customer experience and strategy.
Prior to joining Forward Financing, Fiederer served as the fractional global chief revenue officer at Bird, building the company’s strategic growth plan. In her new role at Forward Financing, Fiederer will oversee demand generation, brand, customer experience and internal communications.
Forward Financing helps small businesses access financing through revenue-based loans. The company provides upfront working capital in exchange for a set amount of a business’s future revenue. The company has provided more than $4.1 billion in funding to over 80,000 small businesses to date.
