Temasek led the latest round of funding for Cohere Health, a Boston company working to outfit healthcare professionals with clinical intelligence solutions. The $90 million Series C raise follows a period of significant growth for Cohere and brings its total funding to $200 million.

Cohere’s clinician-led solution leverages AI to enable administrative and clinical efficiencies that streamline the authorization of pending services. Its platform ultimately helps reduce friction for providers, hasten time to care and improve member health outcomes.

The company has grown its client base, expanded its leadership team and improved platform adoption over the past year. The new capital will help Cohere explore new clinical use cases and further invest in developing its AI-powered products. The money will also go toward scaling Cohere Unify, a tool that enables collaboration between health plans and providers through personalized workflows and real-time performance data.
