Cambridge-based CarGurus has appointed Elisa Palazzo as its new chief financial officer, effective December 4. Palazzo brings nearly two decades of experience in operations, investments and transactions, with a focus on consumer and B2B marketplaces. She currently serves as deputy CFO and SVP of finance at Talkspace. In her new role, Palazzo will lead financial operations and strategy to support CarGurus’ goal of building a transaction-enabled digital destination for vehicle transactions.
