Several new moves happened on the Boston tech front last week, from a new executive appointment to a significant funding raise for a cloud software specialist. Check out the latest with the Built In Boston Weekly Refresh. 

CloudZero secured $32M. CloudZero helps businesses build cost-efficient software solutions with its cloud cost intelligence platform. The company plans to expand its platform features, advance its enterprise functionality and increase its headcount with its Series B funding round from lead investors Innovius Capital and Threshold Ventures. Specter Aerospace pulled in $9.5M. The defense contractor works to enhance engine operations and performance using plasma-assisted combustion and hypersonic propulsion technology. Starry appointed a new CEO. Starry, an internet provider, announced the appointment of a new CEO, effective immediately. The company’s former COO, Alex Moulle-Berteaux, will take over the mantle of former CEO Chet Kanojia. Following the succession, Kanojia, Starry’s founder, will serve on the company’s board.
