Professional development and a focus on career transformation were important factors for me joining Everbridge. My personal leadership mission is to positively impact people at scale, something embraced here at Everbridge. I’ve taken advantage of having mentors from our executive team, collaborating cross functionally and taking on projects outside of my sphere to grow my skills. This is something we deploy across the entire organization.
Recently, my role expanded here as Everbridge’s new VP of enterprise sales through North America. This required a relocation to Boston. The Wellframe office staff does an exceptional job feeding us a diverse variety of terrific food, and it’s led to more than one great lunchtime conversation — on days when I’m not “in the zone” on whatever market problem I’m solving. A lot of the folks here are big food and travel enthusiasts, and the catered lunches are a great way to bond with your teammates about who really has the best pizza in Boston.
