Summary
The Training Specialist is responsible for building and executing on all aspects of training curriculum for LevelUp. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with various internal departments and important external partners, and influence the optimization of our processes, all while working with a tight-knit team to help grow and scale our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Overhaul our internal training, including specialized curricula for different roles and audiences, and then taking responsibility for improving, expanding, and conducting training on an ongoing basis
- Work with specialists to improve content for existing sessions, improve or implement course materials including session outlines, hands-on practicals, online training and testing, and more
- Maintain and document an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of LevelUp’s products and services, as well as our processes, procedures, and best practices
- Plan and lead new-hire onboarding and training sessions, instilling the key values, philosophies, and responsibilities of our team
- Work with external partners, clients, and vendors to ensure effective implementations of our products and services
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in teaching, corporate training, or another role that prepares you to own and drive an engaging curriculum
- 1-3 years experience in tech support, customer service, or another role that honed great people skills and problem solving
- World-class ability to juggle responsibilities, manage your time, and own projects
- Patient and persistent mentorship and guidance to help hone the skills of your peers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message to suit the audience, and make the complex seem simple and obvious
- Radiate awesomeness at all times: show a positive attitude and confidence, be team-oriented, have a sense of humor
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
