We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Campus team here at HubSpot. As we continue to experience exceptional growth, we need an all-star Campus Recruiter to help us take our Engineering student programs to the next level. In this role you will be responsible for bringing on world class technical talent, working with candidates throughout the entire interview process from source to hire. It will be your responsibility to make interviewing at HubSpot truly unique & remarkable for each individual. If you're a team player with an eye for engineering talent who loves connecting students and opportunities, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
• Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
• Continuously work on ways to improve the process; find innovative ways to seek out campus talent and maximize efficiency of our assessment process
• Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience
• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with schools’ career services offices, clubs, professors, and other programs

What we’re seeking:

• 1+ years of technical full cycle recruiting experience required
• Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates
• Keen ability to identify and assess top engineering talent
• Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
• Effective prioritization of tasks/goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Interest in working with Intern/Co-op/Entry Level Engineers
• Bachelor's degree preferred
