Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Cambridge, MA

Reporting to: Sr. Director of HR

Job Summary

iZotope is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our incredible Human Resources team to lead the Talent Acquisition function and help the business scale for 2017 and beyond. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of HR, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for building a talent community at iZotope while hiring across various disciplines. This role will be an iZotope ambassador while sharing our unique story and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives based on company hiring process and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Proactively prepare for future hires by calendaring budgeted positions and working with managers to meet hiring plans.
  • Partner with Sr. Director of HR, executives, and managers to determine shifting talent profiles based on growth projections, new product releases, and evolving team dynamics.
  • Utilize the latest and greatest online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire and future opportunities based on our hiring plans and succession planning requirements. 
  • Act as the vendor manager for any outside agencies or additional recruiting means.
  • Market the employee referral program as well as internal opportunities for promotion and development as teams continue to grow. 
  • Become an expert at articulating our vision, culture, business model and operations while staying current on relevant news within the local tech startup and music arena. 
  • Attend networking events, Meet-Ups, career fairs, company events and meetings as opportunities arise to champion our culture and spread the word about opportunities at iZotope.
  • Work to constantly improve upon existing recruiting programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent and ensuring the best possible candidate experience. 
  • Develop a talent community where viable candidates are cultivated and remain engaged with iZotope by creating a social platform and event schedule.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience successfully driving the recruiting process across a wide variety of technical and non-technical roles while meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals.
  • Corporate Recruiting experience working with C-Level executives
  • A strong background and knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing talent, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, due diligence and negotiation. 
  • Experience acting as a champion for culture and community within a growing technology company. 
  • Stellar networking skills and the ability to develop smart recruiting partnerships.
  • Passion for music production and audio post production is a plus.
