ownerIQ’s diverse sales and business development organization addresses 3 key customer types: Retailers, Product brands and Ad Agencies.

Tactical Marketing Managers are responsible for providing marketing support to the specific sales or business development team for which they are assigned.

They design, execute, measure and optimize marketing plans across all forms of applicable paid, earned and owned channels.

The goal of each manager is to generate leads and help support the acquisition of customers (sales) through their marketing channels.

Managers leverage the expertise and capabilities within corporate marketing (content strategy, PR, lead gen, paid media, graphic design, and events) to help them execute and measure these tactical plans, which will include:

  • Email marketing programs
  • Paid media program across digital display, search, paid social, other “traditional” media channels where applicable
  • Conference and event presence
  • Earned media programs across press and social channels
  • Owned media program across social and website
  • Special promotions and incentive programs, promotional and incentive programs to stimulate sales
  • Content development: “branded” case studies, bylines, e-guides, whitepapers, etc.
  • Sales materials: Individuals will work with product directors in developing all external sales collateral for the agency channel.
 Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising, either on the brand side or at an advertising agency
  • Experience developing program across owned, earned and paid media channels
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of the digital advertising space.
  • Ability to work under pressure at a rapid pace withshort-deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
