Position Description

EnerNOC, a leading provider of demand response and energy efficiency solutions, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Operations Planning & Analysis team.

The Supply Chain mission is to provide hardware and logistical support for site installations in a timely, high quality, and cost effective fashion. Our key objectives are to provide outstanding customer service and responsibly manage EnerNOC’s significant investment in hardware assets.

As an Analyst, you must be able to think creatively to solve problems and thrive in a fast paced environment while balancing multiple objectives. The successful candidate will have a relentless focus on quality and process improvement, and will continuously search for better ways to serve our customers. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and supervise the daily activities of the Supply Chain team.
  • Manage, enhance, and design reporting, forecasting, and productivity tools.
  • Provide analysis to support data-driven decision making.
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and collaborate with vendors to procure new products and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build strong working relations with operations personnel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the proven ability to apply creativity and objectivity when solving business problems
  • Strong quantitative, statistical, and forecasting skills
  • Experience leading process improvement projects

Above and Beyond:

  • Understanding of basic supply chain management concepts
  • Experience with SalesForce.com
  • Programming experience: Python, R, SQL, VBA, etc.
  • Experience working with supply chain, forecasting, ERP, or field management systems
