As part of the Marketing organization, this individual will be responsible for working directly with the Director of Marketing to design and execute field programs for the Sales organization leveraging marketing resources to generate pipeline and maximize productivity in the Enterprise East, Central and West regions.

Key Metrics / Line of Business

Qualified Leads / Demonstrations Delivered / Pipeline Built / Bookings Closed

Manage:

  • Allocation of discretionary marketing budget available for sales programs including but not limited to Marketing Custom Services, Field Events (Self-Produced and Sponsored), User Groups and Promotions
  • Process for capturing, prioritizing, and communicating new requests
  • Process for staffing Field Events with sales reps and enforcing accountability
  • Creation of promotional materials for execution and follow-up of programs
  • Repository of sales content and resources

Collaborate:

  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to prioritize the effortsthat will have the greatest impact
  • Launch and mobilize sales teams with programs and sales campaigns
  • Survey sales VPs, RVPs and RDs to gain insight, capture feedback, and align efforts
  • Align Field, Channel, and Corporate Marketing efforts to maximize leverage
  • Align with Sales Enablement Onboarding and Development efforts
  • Align with Sales Operations to capture, measure, and report program effectiveness
  • Align with other Marketing Analysts to ensure consistency and scalability 

Educate:

  • Corporate message and positioning
  • Green Circle Community best practices and points of leverage
  • Brand consistency on new and existing customer-facing materials

Communicate:

  • Provide weekly updates to sales regarding new programs, content, and upcoming events
  • Provide weekly updates to marketing and sales leadership on progress against key metrics

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to assess needs, identify gaps, design solutions, deliver programs, and measure the impact
  • Fluency in Salesforce.com and Marketo campaigns and program execution
  • Flexibility to process and prioritize a continuous flow of requests for help
  • Drive cross functional alignment across sales and marketing
  • Effectively manage a dynamic marketing budget for maximal ROI
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or sales enablement
  • Ability to interface and influence executive leadership
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Commitment to stakeholder satisfaction
  • 20% travel into field for program execution and support
