We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Project Manager to lead innovative and high-impact eComm projects for ASICS and its brands globally. We need to align and prioritize needs from many stakeholders and educate them to be data and fact driven. The impact for ASICS can be great as it relies on our ability to focus development on what can have a real impact for consumers.

Because this role is a unique opportunity to own a high impact project for an iconic global brand but at the same time drive its execution in partnership with the Runkeeper team in an agile and data driven fashion.This individual will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to effectively manage estimates, scope, budget, contracts, resources, and schedules while ensuring the company maintains high-quality standards across all deliverables.

This role falls under the newly created ASICS Global Digital. Our team helps to facilitate the integration of the ASICS brand and cutting-edge digital products. We find innovative solutions that affect large-scale change across an industry-leading global footwear brand.

Responsibilities:

• Own the planning and cross functional communication of our global e-commerce store rollout and roadmap.
• Lead backlog planning by using data and other research tools to identify trends, find root causes, solidify scope and frame roadmaps
• Be a leader in data driven management and communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders throughout the organization. Close the loop on all new features and releases.
• Evaluate existing processes for efficiency opportunities and produce new processes as initiatives and business needs change
• Convey innovative ideas that question the status quo and demonstrate significant return on investment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA a plus
• 5+ years project and/or operations management experience
• Scrum Master Certification
• Experience in eCommerce, preferably in global organizations
• Extensive experience working with project management tools i.e. Jira, Confluence etc.
• Experience with Excel and Google Analytics.
