Our team’s mission is to help HubSpot customers - teams of marketing and sales professionals - automate and manage complex business workflows. We’re responsible for developing a robust, flexible tool that serves to perform our users’ repetitive tasks within HubSpot and with external APIs automatically. We have big mountains to climb. Our users expect the Workflows app to be powerful, yet clean and intuitive. The backend system powering this tool has to scale to support enormous amounts of traffic, so reliability and performance always come first. Since we interface with many of the core products within HubSpot, we’re always working with other teams to solve problems and to deliver even more value to our customers. If you’re:

• Experienced in building and tuning the performance of web APIs
• Proficient in Java or another modern, high-level programming language
• Excited about optimizing high-volume processes and flow of data within a microservice architecture
• Detail-oriented, curious and persistent in solving hard problems
• Experience or interest in full-stack web development a plus
