As part of our continued growth, we are looking for someone to join our team that can help deliver solutions to make our insights available to a larger audience. Working closely with our Analytics, DevOps, Data Services, and Sales teams, you will build the interfaces that bring GNS Healthcare’s advanced analytics into the hands of our customers. If you are experienced in the art of developing software solutions that make data more understandable, have delivered full-stack end-to-end quality software products, and are looking for a challenge, we would like to consider you for our team.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Develop new and next generation portal applications – user interfaces into the results of our mathematical modeling 
• Work as part of a small (3-7) and agile development team for overall successful delivery of our products
• Responsible for all phases of software development including engaging stakeholders to understand needs, testing, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting user issues

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web development and full product life-cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Java and/or C#.
• Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining practice.
• JavaScript libraries like AngularJS and JQuery.
• Bootstrap.
• SQL Experience with relational databases, designing schemas and formulating complex queries.
• Windows/Linux.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Good to have skills:

• Solid grounding in applied mathematics and/or computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures.
• Background in healthcare, bioinformatics, genetics, genomics, molecular biology.
• Restful API knowledge.
