Turbonomic is looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Specialist to join its Corporate Communications team.

As the Social Media Specialist, you will build and manage our corporate social media channels (focused on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, Instagram, etc.) This includes creating original text and digital content, managing posts and engaging with followers. You will manage projecting our company image cohesively, as part of the Corporate Communications function, to achieve our marketing and company goals – and be the voice of Turbonomic across all social and digital media channels.

As a Social Media Specialist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills, ability to influence and navigate matrixed organizations, judgement, and be able to express our company’s views creatively and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, implementation and execution of all social media activities to align with business goals (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc)
• Engage influencers to increase followership and engagement
• Onboard and work within social media tools
• Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Implement Social Media SEO tactics aligned with keyword and SEO strategies; monitor web traffic metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency
• Oversee social media accounts’ design
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Answer directly to social media inquiries, all while using the company's voice and guidelines

What You'll Bring:

• Proven social media experience with 3+ years in a corporate marketing (B2B) or agency marketing role: the primary target audience you’ve been engaging social media over the past couple years are business people, professionals, decision makers, and industry thought leaders
• Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins across all social channels
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and business writing skills
• Good judgement
• Self-motivated, hungry for a challenge, and looking to make an immediate impact in a fast-growing organization
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, data science or similar required
