Acorio is looking for a collaborative and results-driven Training Program Manager with instructional design experience to join our rapidly growing team. Work with stakeholders in the consulting organization to identify, design, execute and assess effectiveness of learning tracks. Use your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and understanding of how Consulting organizations work to deliver impactful learning experiences.

 A day in the life:

Lead the development and delivery of initial and continuous training for the consulting organization. Partner with content owners and stakeholders to develop content to address the learning of required technical, business process, project management and consulting skills. Broaden and deepen the Acorio Academy training program. Implement solutions to ensure learning effectiveness. Partner with the owner of overall company learning & development function to innovate new programs.

 What you bring:

You have some experience with the ServiceNow platform and have worked for at least 5 years in the Consulting industry. You have at least 2 years of experience in instructional design and training program development. You are able to conceive a vision and drive a plan to execute against that vision. Working in ambiguity is ok for you, and you are good at taking something half-baked and building it out. You are passionate about your craft and drive excitement and innovate approaches to ensure compliance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
