Our goal is to streamline and simplify the shipping process, making us the go-to logistics hub. At the core of our mission is the development of a cutting-edge shipping platform that caters to the unique needs of time-critical and temperature-sensitive shipments, alongside express package and freight shipments, specifically tailored for life sciences and healthcare companies.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. This is a leadership position where you'll work with a team of technical product managers, designers, and engineers in realizing our product vision. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the roadmap for multiple development teams working on our shipping, tracking, and management solutions.

You will focus on developing features that not only alleviate client pain points but also attract new customers. Reporting to the Director of Product and Design, you are expected to be a customer advocate, ensuring tight collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • A track record of successfully delivering customer-facing features in a dynamic product management role.
  • A strong inclination towards learning and teamwork, coupled with a drive to lead and mentor others in the product management field.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling digital products in a fast-paced environment.

You Will:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers' workflows and challenges to identify areas for increased adoption and self-service.
  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps for multiple scrum teams, converting strategic vision into actionable goals and initiatives.
  • Efficiently manage feature requests and bugs, balancing them against strategic roadmap goals.
  • Contribute to user requirement documentation by conducting and leveraging user research, consultations with internal stakeholders, and product analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with design, technical product managers, and engineering managers to launch new features and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Create impactful product content for our sales and operations teams.
  • Drive operational enhancements through improved metrics and process automation.
  • Be open to traveling up to 10% for company offsites.

You Are:

  • A strong empathetic understanding of customer needs.
  • Extensive experience in fast-paced, startup environments, handling multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen focus on delivering impactful features and validating their success.
  • A passion for creating functional and engaging user experiences that deliver tangible customer value.
  • Exceptional communication skills, bridging product development with functional partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for diving deep into data and user insights to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product requirement documentation.
  • An ability to prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on high-impact tasks.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in managing remote and international development teams.
