WHOOP is seeking a talented NetSuite developer to join our team and contribute to scaling and customizing our NetSuite organization. This role requires expertise in NetSuite's functional areas, coupled with strong technical skills in scripting, workflow creation, RESTlet development, integration building, and interaction with NetSuite's backend systems.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with analysts to define business requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs. They should possess a deep understanding of Netsuite's capabilities and be adept at leveraging them to optimize organizational processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with analysts to gather and analyze business requirements and design technical solutions to meet them
• Develop and customize scripts, workflows, RESTlets, and integrations to enhance Netsuite functionality
• Build integrations with other systems to streamline data flow and enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Netsuite-related issues and enhancements.
• Optimize and customize Netsuite configurations to align with evolving business needs.
• Stay current with Netsuite updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
• Document technical solutions and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Work with other internal and external developers and analysts to build best-in-class Netsuite solutions. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Netsuite Developer, with a strong understanding of Netsuite's functional and technical areas.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with implementation methods for scope, design, build, test, implementation
• Experience working with Integration tools such as Boomi, Tray.io, Zapier, Airtable, Celigo, etc.
• Comfortable with working in a high-paced environment, meeting the demands of a business expanding globally
• Must have experience designing and developing solutions using Netsuite and other related tools in the financial apps ecosystem
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as SuiteScript for customizing Netsuite workflows and functionalities.
• Experience working with Netsuite’s SOAP and REST APIs, building RESTlets, and integrations to connect Netsuite with external systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Netsuite certification(s) is a plus.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
